1. Promoter
The promoter is Ergonomic Office Imports Ltd trading as Healthy Home & Office, 3 The Parade, Burden Way, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 9PB ("Healthy Home & Office", "we", "us" or "our").
2. The Prize Draw
These terms and conditions apply to the Healthy Home & Office Miro Monitor Arm Prize Draw.
The prize draw opens at 00:00 on 1st September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30th November 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
3. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over.
Employees of Healthy Home & Office, their immediate family or household members, and anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
Healthy Home & Office reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility before awarding the prize.
4. How to Enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, complete and submit the prize draw form on the Healthy Home & Office website during the promotional period.
A valid email address must be provided so that we can administer the prize draw and contact entrants regarding the outcome.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Duplicate, automated, bulk, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be removed from the draw.
5. Prize Draw Communications
By entering the prize draw, entrants acknowledge that Healthy Home & Office may contact them by email where reasonably necessary to administer and conclude the prize draw.
These communications may include:
- Confirmation that an entry has been received;
- Requests for information required to verify an entry;
- Notification to the selected winner;
- Notification that the prize draw has ended; and
- Confirmation to unsuccessful entrants that they were not selected as the winner.
These prize draw communications are separate from Healthy Home & Office's marketing communications.
Receiving prize draw administration emails does not mean that an entrant has subscribed to Healthy Home & Office marketing emails.
6. Marketing Communications
Entering the prize draw does not require entrants to consent to receiving marketing communications.
Entrants may separately choose to receive Healthy Home & Office emails containing ergonomic advice, company news, products, services, offers and information about our showroom by selecting the relevant marketing opt-in box on the entry form.
Marketing consent is optional and choosing not to receive marketing communications will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.
Those who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link contained within our emails.
7. The Prize
There is one prize available:
1 × Single Miro Monitor Arm
The prize is supplied by Healthy Home & Office.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
If circumstances outside Healthy Home & Office's reasonable control make it impossible to provide the advertised prize, we reserve the right to provide a reasonable alternative prize of equal or greater value.
8. Selecting the Winner
After the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The draw will be carried out using a computer process capable of producing a verifiably random result.
Healthy Home & Office will retain appropriate records demonstrating that the winner was selected randomly.
9. Contacting the Winner and Entrants
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering, normally within five working days of the draw closing.
The winner will be asked to confirm their eligibility and provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.
The winner should respond within 14 days of the initial notification.
Healthy Home & Office will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is found to be ineligible or declines the prize, we reserve the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
Healthy Home & Office may also email unsuccessful entrants to confirm that the prize draw has concluded and that they were not selected as the winner.
10. Delivery of the Prize
Delivery of the prize to one address within Great Britain will be provided at no charge to the winner.
We aim to provide the prize within 30 days of the winner confirming their details, unless circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from doing so.
11. Winner Information
Healthy Home & Office may make information available which demonstrates that a valid prize was awarded, normally consisting of the winner's surname and county.
Entrants may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting Healthy Home & Office.
Where an objection is received, Healthy Home & Office may still be required to provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
12. Personal Information
Personal information submitted in connection with the prize draw will be used to:
- Administer the promotion;
- Verify entries;
- Communicate with entrants about the prize draw;
- Contact and verify the winner;
- Confirm the outcome of the draw to entrants; and
- Fulfil and deliver the prize.
Where an entrant separately consents to receive marketing communications, their personal information may also be used for those marketing purposes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Healthy Home & Office Privacy Policy.
13. General
Healthy Home & Office reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe they have breached these terms, provided false information, attempted to manipulate the entry process or acted fraudulently.
Healthy Home & Office may suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be made fairly and will not disadvantage participants unnecessarily.
Our decision regarding the administration of the prize draw is final, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entrants retain any rights they may have to bring proceedings in the part of Great Britain in which they reside.
