   • The promoter of this competition is Healthy Home & Office, 3 The Parade, Burden Way, Guildford, GU2 9PB.
2. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees of Healthy Home & Office and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
   • Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
   • To enter, participants must:
     • Book a showroom appointment with Healthy Home & Office during the competition period.
     • Attend their booked showroom appointment.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
   • Booking an appointment alone does not constitute entry; attendance at the appointment is required.
4. Competition Period
   • The competition opens on the 1st June and closes at 11:59pm on 31 July 2026.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
5. Prize
   • One winner will receive:
     • One (1) Miro Single Monitor Arm with an approximate retail value of £169.20 (including VAT).
   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   • Healthy Home & Office reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
   • The prize may be collected from the Healthy Home & Office showroom or, at the promoter's discretion, delivered to a mainland United Kingdom address only.
   • Delivery outside mainland United Kingdom is not available. If the winner resides outside mainland United Kingdom, they will be responsible for collecting the prize from the Healthy Home & Office showroom in Guildford or arranging collection at their own expense.
6. Winner Selection
   • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place on or shortly after 1 August 2026.
   • The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when booking their appointment.
7. Claiming the Prize
   • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, Healthy Home & Office reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
   • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Healthy Home & Office may announce their first name on its website and social media channels, unless the winner objects in advance.
9. Data Protection
   • Personal information supplied in connection with this competition will be used solely for administering the competition and in accordance with Healthy Home & Office's Privacy Policy.
   • Personal data will not be sold to third parties.
10. General
    • Healthy Home & Office reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    • Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently enter the competition may result in disqualification.
    • The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
